Welcome to Seaway Slips Waterfront Cottages.
We are a Non Smoking facility. Absolutely No Smoking inside, or outside around the cottages or out buildings however a designated out door smoking area is available. A 250.00 cleaning fee will be applied to your bill if there is any smoking around the cottages.
When entering the property please be respectful of other guests and PLEASE DRIVE SLOW, speed is not necessary. It also creates unwanted dust in the cottages, so please drive very, very, very, slow when entering or exiting the property.
For your health and safety the linens provided on the beds are not for personal use, but again for your health and safety and mattress protection, please use your own bedding. You can place your sheets on top of the sheet provided. Pillows with pillow cases and blankets are provided
Guest are responsible for supplying their own linens, bath, kitchen towels and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc).
Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. At check out, guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy state. All dishes should be washed, dried, and put away; trash and recycling should be put in the trash and recycling area, any open food should be taken with you or discarded, refrigerator is to be left clean. Oven is to be left clean. Sweeping and vacuuming done and gas grill cleaned. If you are missing something, please ask. (Comet, Clorox spray, Lysol, Oven cleaner, Vacuum, Broom, and Swifter cleaning cloths) are all provided. A cleaning fee will be added to your balance if the cottage is not left clean.
Fish cleaning is not permitted at your cottage, a fish cleaning table is provided on the main dock for fish cleaning. Do not place fish in the fridge unless it is completely sealed.
Seaway Slips Recycles, if you have any questions about recycling, or you are unsure how or what to recycle please ask. There will be an additional charge if recyclables are placed in your garbage.
Please do not feed the Sea Gulls, we understand that sometimes it is tempting to feed the ducks, but this can encourage the sea gulls.
Only certain cottages are pet friendly. We have a separate pet policy, that must be acknowledged before you are permitted to bring your pet. Certain pet restrictions apply. Only one pet per pet-friendly cottage is allowed.
Please be responsible Pet Owners and be considerate of our other cottage guests. Pets must be well behaved, do not bark, and are not left alone in the cottage. Your pet is not to be walked around the cottage, we have a separate area, and you must clean up after your pet. The cottage must be left clean no dog hair. If you do not clean up after your pet, or if the cottage is not left clean. There will be a 250.00 fee added to your bill.
If there is anything missing or not working in your cottage please let us know during your stay.
Our cottage rates are based and quoted on occupancy, prior approval must be obtained to ensure guests arriving for a day or night do not exceed maximum cottage occupancy. Additional charges will apply.
Check-in: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call, or text, 315-489-3407, to make check-in arrangements. Check-out: 10:30 AM.
Cancellation: For nightly or weekly rentals. Refunds are issued, only if we are able to rent the cottage to another party. No Refunds for early departure or late arrival.
Deposit: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover for online reservations. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation for multiple night stays, with balance due on arrival.
One night Stay when available must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable
The billing screen shows the total amount of your reservation. We will only charge your card for 50% of the total for multiple night stays. For one night stays we will charge the full amount.

Cancel a Reservation
Refund Policy: 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Refunds are issued, only if we are able to rent the cottage to another party. Therefore - if cancellation is necessary - as much advance notice as possible helps.
